Hi everybody !
I'm back, at last 
And the next version is coming really soon, I expect next week.
I've applied the v1.2 on this website, so you can see the same changes. You can find in the "read more..." the content of the "changes.txt" file.
Modifications ASP pages :
/directory.asp : includes comments capabilities
/news.asp : includes new comments and member's items capabilities
/downloads.asp : includes new comments and member's items capabilities
/images.asp : includes new comments and member's items capabilities
/articles.asp : includes comments capabilities
/viewimage.asp : better results for resizing
/includes/comments-inc.asp : comments could be used for all "category types", like news, downloads, directory... Visitors' IP are now stored and people can rate the item (news, downloads...)
/includes/admin/articles-inc.asp : show now the Hits columns, representing the maximum hits on articles' pages
/includes/admin/comments-inc.asp : display the comment's type, search by comment's type
/includes/admin/allinfo-inc.asp : modified for correct comments' display
/includes/pmessages-inc.asp : modified to add a link to the "From" profile when reading PMessage
/includes/profile-inc.asp : some modifications to use the new comments table
/includes/directory-inc.asp : the navigation bar have now good links to previous categories, users can add website even if there is no website in the category, users can see website details and comments
/includes/downloads-inc.asp : some modifications to make possible members to add items
/includes/news-inc.asp : some modifications to make possible members to add items. Year's problem has been also fixed.
/includes/images-inc.asp : some modifications to make possible members to add items
/forum/includes/forum-inc.asp : add an anchor tag (<a name="<postid>"> on each forum post in the DisplayThreads function
/includes/forum-inc.asp : if PostID <> PostParent, then go to the <postid> anchor, use the PostLastDate for the display (optimisation)
/includes/post-inc.asp : change the PostLastDate for the PostParent post (to speed up display)
/pattern.asp, /admin/pattern.asp : use of customs blocks
/includes/display-inc.asp : function DisplayCustomBlocks added, and DisplayColumns could now display the last poll and custom blocks
/includes/includes-inc.asp and /includes/admin/includes-inc.asp : include now polls-inc.asp and blocks-inc.asp
/includes/polls-inc.asp, includes/admin/polls-inc.asp : some modifications to display correctly polls. Year's problem has been also fixed.
/includes/variables-inc.asp and /includes/toppage-inc.asp : use the sCharset variable to be more compliant with differents charsets
/includes/admin/smileys-inc.asp : smiley's id is now encoded, and smiley path can be overrided if you use an url for the smiley's path
Some others pages were modified to be more compliant with standard HTML (tables use id instead of name attribute, javascript tags got now the type="text/javascript"), edition-inc.asp and pattern.asp pages uses now the document.getElementById to have good compatibility with Mozilla based browsers.

Main.mdb
new table comments (the older one will be deleted and replaced) : cID (int NumAuto), cItem (int), cAuthor (varchar(20)), cDate (varchar(17)), cText (memo), cRate (int), cType (int), cIP (varchar(15)), cValid (bit)
Forum.mdb
table Posts, new field added : PostLastDate varchar(17)
Modifications on language files (XML)
New tags :
LANG_RATE_IT
LANG_RATING
New attributes (as lcid) :
charset : fill it with the country's charset (use "iso-8859-1" as default charset)
